摘要
对断裂的高锰钢履带板进行了化学成分、断口和金相分析。结果表明,铸造时浇注温度过高,引起硫在晶界及晶内偏聚,并形成低熔点硫化物,在水韧处理温度偏高时发生过烧。此外,严重的铸造疏松降低了材料的强度和抗冲击性能,导致履带板发生脆性断裂。
The fractured caterpillar board of high manganese cast steel was analyzed for chemical composition,fracture and microstructure.The results revealed that excessively high pouring temperature brought about the segregation of sulfur at the grain boundary and within the grain,and about formation of the low-melting sulfides.As a result,the caterpillar board was burned when the water toughening temperature was on the high side.Besides,the heavy porosity caused reduction in the strength and resistance to impact,thus resulting in brittle fracture of the caterpillar board.
