摘要 为实现逻辑控制与连续控制功能的独立,最大限度地避免DCS功能失效带来的风险,研究论述了合成氨仪表系统改造项目及对安全仪表系统选型与改造的措施。针对项目改造的关键,提出在安全仪表系统本身功能满足安全要求的前提下,解决好安全仪表系统的可用性与可靠性的重要环节是输入传感与输出执行部分;同时,结合该次改造,介绍了输入传感与输出执行环节的改造措施与应用体会。 To implement the independence of logical control and continuous control functions and minimize the risks caused by functional failure of DCS,the retrofit project of instrument system for synthetic ammonia plant and the model selection and revamp measures on safety instrument systems are researched and expounded.Focusing on the key point of retrofit project,it is proposed that with presupposition of satisfying functional safety requirement of the instrument system itself,the sections of field sensors and final elements are the important links for solving the availability and reliability for safety instrument system.In addition,combining with this retrofit project,the solutions of revamping the field sensors and final elements as well as the applicable experience are presented.
