摘要
研究了反箭形耦合腔微波电子枪腔体结构。它具有减少电子对阴极反轰、径向电场对称性好、横向尺寸小、易制造。
A microwave electrin gun cavity structure with coupling cavity of antiarrow shaped crosssection is described in this paper.This structure has the advantages of decrease electrons back bombardment power to the cathode,good radial E field symmetry,small radial size,simplicity in fabrication,loose dimensional tolerance.
