摘要
本文对双层钢筋混凝土路面结构进行有限元应力分析,结合具体实体工程,建立有限元模型,对参数敏感性进行分析。研究结果表明:结构层模量、厚度等参数对钢筋混凝土面层受力有较大的影响,在满足保护层厚度的前提下,增大钢筋网纵向间距会明显降低板底的最大弯拉应力。温度应力和干缩应力对双层钢筋混凝土面层影响较大,设置双层钢筋可以有效限制混凝土裂缝宽度,减小面层开裂,并防止雨水下渗。
The paper makes an analysis on the structure of double-layer reinforced concrete pavement by using finite element software,combining with test road,building finite element model,and analyzing parameters sensitivity.The results show: layer modulus and thickness have larger effects on the stress of reinforced concrete layer,under the premise of meeting protection layer thickness,increasing the longitudinal space of steel mesh can significantly decrease the stress of the plate bottom.Temperature stress and dry-shrinkage stress have great effect on double reinforced concrete surface layer;setting double-layer steel can effectively limit the width of the concrete cracks,reduce the cracking of surface,and prevent the permeating of rainwater.
