论继续教育管理的现状与改革

On the Reform and Development of Further Education Management

长期以来,我国继续教育受到社会的广泛批评。继续教育在培养目标、专业设置、职业准备等方面层次混乱,对继续教育属性的认识也比较模糊,而且存在着地位与功能定位不当等问题,本文对当前继续教育改革存在问题进行分析,并提出改革要点和指出未来继续教育改革的发展方向,为我国继续教育的改革与发展提供参考。

Since long,the further education in our country receives socially the widespread criticism.The further education is chaotic in aspects of educating goal,specialized establishment,occupation preparation,and so on.It is also quite fuzzy to the features of further education,and has the problems of the status and the functional localization improper,and so on.The article analyzes the existing problems of further education reform,and raises the key point and the direction of its future reform,which provides a reference for the reform and development of further education reform in our country.
