摘要
《旅游服务礼仪》课程作为旅游专业学生的必修课,要紧紧跟上我国旅游业的飞速发展,而目前还存在教学内容偏重理论教学、忽视学生的职业技能培养、跟不上时代需要的问题。因此,必须不断突破传统教学方法,进行改革和研究才能适应市场的要求。本文指出了目前服务礼仪课程存在的问题,并提出了多种教学改革和考核的实施方法。
Tourism Service Etiquette is a compulsory course, and it must follow the speed of tourism development tightly. But at present, it remains having some problems, such as emphasize theory, ignore technology and not to keep up with the trend. Therefore, we must improve the former teaching method and match the demand of market. This article points out the current problems in this curriculum, and provides relative methods on teaching and evaluation.
