转基因玉米的生物安全性问题

The Biosecurity of Genetically Modified Maize

玉米不仅是重要的粮食作物,而且是重要的饲料作物,在国民经济中占有非常重要的地位,因而其基因转化研究也是国内外的研究热点之一。1990年以来,转基因玉米研究取得了显著进展,目前已有转基因的抗虫玉米、抗除草剂玉米杂交种进入商品化生产。与此同时,转基因玉米安全性问题也成为人们关注的焦点。从环境安全和食品安全2个方面概述了转基因玉米可能存在的安全隐患。

Corn is not only an important food,but also an important feed crop which occupies a very important position in the national economy,thus its genetic transformation study is one of the hot topic at home and abroad.Since 1990,genetically modified maize research has made remarkable progress,there are already genetically modified insect-resistant and herbicide-resistant corn hybrids entered into commercial production.Meanwhile,the security issue of genetically modified corn has also become focus of attention.In this paper,security problems that may arise from GM maize were summarized in view of environmental security and food safety.
