不同基因型马铃薯在相同培养基上诱导再生苗的表现

The Performances of Seedling Regeneration Induced in the Same Medium among Potato Genotypes

试验用25份马铃薯新品系,以茎尖作外植体,在培养基1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+0.3 mg/L 6-BA+20g/L蔗糖+0.7%琼脂+2 mL/L庆大霉素中进行愈伤组织诱导,采用加注诱导液的方法,诱导再生植株。结果表明,在诱导过程中,根、芽、叶片、薯块的分化均有不同的表现,根、芽分化较早,分化块数较多;而叶片分化较晚,且叶片、薯块分化数较少。

Using the method of adding induced fluid to induce plant regeneration,25 new lines of potato had been tested and their stem tipis as explants were induced in the medium 1/2 MS＋0.2 mg/L NAA＋0.3 mg/L 6-BA＋20 g/L sucrose＋0.7% agar＋2 mL/L gentamicin.The results showed that in the induction process the differentiation of the root,stem,leaves,and tubers had different performances,eg： earlier stem differentiation,more differentiation tubes,later leaf differentiation and less leaf and tube differentiation.
