摘要
整合了前人研究的单孔多级消能装置和孔板螺旋流消能装置,对螺旋流消能方式进行新的尝试。通过对多级多孔孔板螺旋流消能装置在不同孔板间距、不同孔板扭转角度、不同流量工况的测量,对多级多孔孔板螺旋流消能装置的消能效率、结构因素进行全面分析,结果表明,总体消能效率可达52.7%~88.4%,且随着雷诺数的增加而增大,旨在为在线式消能装置的研究开辟一条新的思路,为类似的工程设计和研究提供参考。
This paper integrated the single orifice and spiral flow's energy-eliminated furniture,based on the predecessors' research and attempted new energy-eliminated method with spiral flow.In this research,multi-orifices spiral flow energy-eliminated furniture was measured under different working conditions,including changing the space,the turn angle between different orifices,changing different discharge and varied rate of flows,and a great deal of data were obtained.On the foundation of these data analyzing,it showed the total energy elimination rate could be as high as 52.7%~88.4% and it increased with the increase of reynolds numbers.This could be a new method to study the energy-eliminated furniture of on-line type and supply consults to the similar engineer design.
