摘要
选用目前常用的百毒杀、苯扎溴铵、二氯异氰尿酸钠3种消毒剂,针对主要来自山西省雁门关地区的不同血清型羊致病性大肠杆菌菌株,进行了最小抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度以及定量杀菌率的测定试验,结果表明,苯扎溴铵稀释倍数达到1∶1 280时抑菌效果最好;在3种消毒剂"疫源地或发病期畜禽舍消毒"推荐的浓度范围内,百毒杀(1∶640~1 280)定量杀菌率为95.5%~95.8%,苯扎溴铵(1∶1 280~2 560)为97.0%~98.3%,二氯异氰尿酸钠(1∶1 280)为99.3%,说明羊致病性大肠杆菌菌株对二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒剂最敏感,对苯扎溴铵次之,对百毒杀相对较差。二氯异氰尿酸钠的杀菌效果最为显著,百毒杀抑菌、杀菌作用较差。
Use three common disinfectants,Glutara,Benzalkonium Bromide and Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate,to disinfect five serotypes of caprine pathogenic E coli,then to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration,the minimum bactericidal concentration and the quantitative determination of bactericidal rates.The test results indicated that: the best bacteriostatic effect is Benzalkonium Bromide(1∶1 280);based on the instructions of three disinfectants: "the recommended bactericidal concentration in livestock or bird house during the period of onset or in the epidemic focus",the quantitative bactericidal rate of Glutara(1∶640 ~ 1 280) is 95.5%~95.8%,Benzalkonium Bromide(1∶1 280 ~ 2 560)97.0% ~ 98.3%,and Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate(1∶1 280) 99.3%.The data indicate that five serotypes of Caprine pathogenic E coli is the most sensitive to Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate disinfectants,Benzalkonium Bromide followed and Glutara relatively poor.The result is that the Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate has the most significant bactericidal effect,the Glutara has poor effect of bacteriostatic action and germicidal action.
