摘要 客户关系管理逐渐成为企业的竞争力,也成为IT行业一个热门的研究领域。本文介绍了CRM的产生背景和内涵,深入分析了数据挖掘技术在CRM中的作用,进一步对数据挖掘技术在CRM中应用的研究作了新的探索。
