中心城市与外围区域空间发展中的“理性”与“异化”——上海周边地区“接轨上海”的实证研究

RATIONALITY AND DISSIMILATION IN URBAN DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN CENTRAL CITY AND HINTERLAND:EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE SHANGHAI-ORIENTED SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT IN YANGTZE RIVER DELTA

以实证研究的方法讨论和辨析中心城市与外围区域空间发展中的"理性"与"异化"现象。回顾上海周边地区"接轨上海"的空间发展现象的相关政策导向和空间演进过程,从市场和政府两个角度对这一现象进行分析,指出"沪宁轴"沿线城市的"上海指向区域"的配置效率较高,应"理性"地施以组织和引导发展。但这类城际间"接轨发展"应主要是一种发展理念,即要重视宏观的区位价值和体制机制接轨,而不要"异化"为仅是沿中心城市行政区边界的微观空间行为。

This paper analyzes the rationality and dissimilation in urban development between the central city and hinterland.By retrospecting the policy guidance and the spatial evolution process of Shanghai-oriented spatial development in Yangtze River Delta Region,this paper analyzes this phenomenon from the viewpoint of the market as well as the government,and concludes that well-organized and guided development should be implemented in the cities along Shanghai-Nanjing development axis,which are featured by remarkable Shanghai-oriented spatial development efficiency.However,the central city oriented development policy should be taken as a developing concept,namely,emphasizing on the macro-locational value and institutional initiative instead of the micro-spatial development along the major city＇s administrative boundary.
