微波法负载锰对活性炭表面特性的影响研究

摘要 采用微波法在活性炭上负载锰,讨论微波辐照时间和活化温度对活性炭表面性质的影响。结果表明,微波辐照6min时,活性炭的比表面积最大达916.74m2/g;活化温度为550℃时,碘值、比表面积分别为856.88mg/g、961.47 m2/g,锰在活性炭上负载也最稳定。 Activated carbon loading with manganese was researched,and the effects of microwave temperature and radiation time were investigated.It was showed that BET surface area achieved the maximum of 916.74 m2/g when radiation time was 6 min;and under the condition of 550℃,iodine value and BET surface area was 856.88 mg/g and 961.47 m2/g,at the same time,the stability of the manganese on the surface of activated carbon was also the best.
