Discussion on Supply Chain Management to the Core of Establishment Criteria Level on the Real Estate Industry

本文将制造业先进的供应链管理方法引入房地产业中,分析了房地产业的现状以及实施房地产供应链管理的优势。在此基础上,依据项目的不同特点建立了两个准则层,分别为营运能力与成本控制和行业地位与潜力,并利用模糊数学的方法进行量化,以便于房地产企业的决策。

This paper introduces the advanced supply chain management into the real estate industry and analyzes the present situation of the real estate industry and the advantages of implementing the supply chain management in the real estate industry.Based on these and according to the different characteristics of projects,the paper builds two criteria levels—the operating capacity and the cost control and industry status and potential respectively,and at the same time uses the method of fuzzy mathematics to carry on the quantification in order to facilitate the decision-making in real estate enterprise.
