摘要
企业间人力资源共享主要发生在制造商和供应商之间,并能够促进企业间隐性知识的转移,人力资源共享一般可分为"制造商→供应商"的人力资源共享和"供应商→制造商"两种形式。人力资源共享广泛地存在于日本汽车制造商中,其根源在于产品架构的磨合属性。人力资源共享的实现形式主要包括双重承诺的管理、薪酬待遇的基本原则和职业生涯管理的能力导向等方面。企业间人力资源共享制度的发展趋势将向"多源知识"的联盟形式演进。
