某部海训官兵SCL-90测试结果的聚类分析

Cluster Analysis of SCL-90 Scores of Sea Training Officers and Soldiers

目的对海训官兵的心理特点进行分类。方法将某部海训官兵212人作为调查对象,采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和状态-特质焦虑量表（STAI）对海训官兵心理健康水平进行测评,将其结果与军人常模和地方常模进行比较,并进行Q型聚类分析。结果海训官兵SCL-90的全部因子分均显著低于军人常模（P〈0.01）;除躯体化、恐怖和精神病性因子与地方常模无差异性外,其他因子分亦显著低于地方常模（P〈0.01）。212名海训官兵分成3类。第1类各因子分均值为1.0~1.3分,心理健康状况良好：第2类除焦虑外其他各因子分在1.5左右,心理健康状况一般;第3类除恐怖和精神病性外,其他各因子分均大于2,心理健康状况较差;3个类别SCL-90因子分和STAI评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论海训官兵的心理健康可以分为3个类别,每一个类别的官兵应该根据心理健康状况区别对待;第3类官兵应该立刻进行干预,第2类虽然无阳性症状,但需给予关注。

Objective To classify the different psychological characteristics of sea training officers and soldiers.Methods Symptom checklist-90（SCL-90） and state-trait anxiety inventory（STAI）were adopted to evaluate the psychology healthy in 212 sea training officers and soldiers.The factor scores of SCL-90 and STAI were compared with army man norm and civilian norm,and cluster analysis was conducted using SPSS package.Results All factor scores of sea training officers and soldiers were lower than the army man norm（P〈0.01）.Except somatization,terror and psychotic symptoms,other factors were lower than civilian norm（P〈0.01）.According to cluster analyse,the 212 sea training officers and soldiers were divided into three categories：good psychological health status（scores from 1.0 to 1.3）,general psychological health status（scores more or less 1.5）,poor psychological health status（scores greater than 2,except for terror and psychotic symptoms）,with significant differences among the three categories（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Sea training officers and soldiers may be psychologically divided into three categories,and each category should be treated in a proper way according to their psychological health status.Intervention should be immediately given to sea training officers and soldiers with poor psychological health status,and more attention should be paid to sea training officers and soldiers with general psychological health status.
