彩超诊断急性输尿管结石的体会

Experience on diagnose of acute ureteral calculi with color doppler imaging method

目的探讨彩超在急性输尿管结石诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析输尿管结石的彩超诊断思路、技巧及声像图特征。本文所选110例患者,108例经彩超确诊,2例经静脉尿路造影确诊,所有病例均行体外冲击波碎石和综合疗法排石证实。结果使用彩超检查急性输尿管结石的符合率可提高至98%,与文献报道基本一致。结论对疑有输尿管结石患者应对输尿管全程做彩超检查,可快速、准确地作出诊断。

Objective To discuss on Color Doppler Imaging application on diagnose of acute ureteral cal- culi.Methods To review the Color Doppler hnaging diagnose thread, skill and image character of ureteral calculi.In this paper, total 110 patients were chosen, among which 108 are diagnosed by Color Doppler Imaging, 3 were diagnosed by intravenous urography.All cases were proved by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL ）and compre- hensive treatment. Results Diagnose compliance for acute ureteral calculid by Color Doppler Imaging could be improved to 98% ,which is uniform to literatures.Conclusion Color Doppler Imaging would be applied to questionablel ureteral calculi patient on the whole ureteral to diagose in a fast and correct manner.
