起源于日本的净化槽污水处理技术,技术具有安装简便,运行管理方式灵活的特点,尤其适合于农村污水分散处理。加强对净化槽技术的研究分析,使之更好的应用于中国农村污水分散处理领域,对于建设社会主义新农村具有重大的意义。在此介绍了净化槽技术的基本原理、工艺特点以及日本对净化槽所建立的法律、法规和管理制度,同时对近年来我国引进、研发并在农村地区使用的各种净化槽的应用效果进行了综合评价,最后对净化槽技术在中国农村污水分散处理中存在的技术和管理体制方面的问题,以及未来的发展趋势进行了分析和展望。

The technology of purification tank originated from Japan has characteristics of easy-installed and flexible-operating.These characteristics are suitable for the distributed rural sewage treatment in China.So it is important to intensify the research of purification tank in China,which is helpful in building a new socialist countryside.The historical evolution and current status of purification tank were introduced,and the successful implementation experiences and management system of purification tank in Japan were evaluated in term of policy and legislation.The experimental research and field applications of purification tank in rural areas of China in recent years were reviewed comprehensively.Finally,the problems to be settled and the development trend of purification tank in China were analyzed
