摘要
对理论和实际生产数据进行分析,采用最小二乘法,运用M atlab建立帘线钢丝干式拉拔的温度数学模型,利用VB和Access开发帘线钢丝干式拉拔计算机跟踪模拟控制系统软件,对帘线钢丝干式拉拔的生产情况进行量的评估,并对模型与实际生产的符合性进行校验:当计算温度平均值分别为140,159,168,172,173,173,173,167,165℃时,实测温度平均值分别为135,158,167,170,171,168,169,171,165℃,结果显示,系统精度能够满足指导生产的要求。
To analyze mature theory and a lot of actual production data. The evaluating mathematics pattern of steel wire for cord dry drawing temperature was established by using Matlab and adopting least square method principle. The computer monitoring simulation control system software of steel wire for cord dry wire drawing was developed by using VB and Access. Production situation of steel wire for cord dry wire drawing was evaluated quantitatively. The conformity between model and actual production was checked. When average calculating temperature is 140,159,168,172,173,173,173,167,165℃, actual measuring average temperature is 135,158,167,170,171,168,169,171, 165℃ separately. Results show that system accuracy can meet the requirements of guiding production.
