介绍K[6×K36WS-(6×K7-1×K7)]—28打桩机用双压实钢丝绳设计、制造过程。钢丝绳捻距倍数为6.2~6.5,股捻距倍数为7.7~8.0,绳径D与股径d的比值为2.94,股径d与外层钢丝直径δ3之比值为5.77,并根椐股捻距倍数,确定股中各钢丝直径比。给出钢丝绳主股生产工艺:股捻距为71.0~73.6 mm,捻向为左捻;绳捻距为173.6~182.0 mm,捻向为右捻,辊间距168 mm,压弯量为46 mm。金属芯生产中股、绳捻向均为右捻。对钢丝绳模拉和锻打后,其破断拉力比普通方法捻制的钢丝绳高出32%,每百米质量也高出15%,钢丝绳的密度增加,寿命提高了1/3。
To introduce the double compacted wire rope' s design, production process for K[6×K36WS-(6×K7-1×K7)]-28pile driver. The lay pitch multiple of wire rope is 6.2 - 6.5, the lay pitch multiple of strand is 7.7 - 8.0, the ratio of rope diameter D and strand diameter d is 2.94, the ratio of strand diameter d and outer wire diameter is 5.77, and confirm each wire' s diameter ratio in the strand according to the lay pitch multiple of strand. The master strand technology of wire rope is given : lay pitch of strand is 71.0 - 73.6 mm, the direction of twist is left ; lay pitch of rope is 173.6 - 182.9 mm, the direction of twist is right, the distance between roller is 168 mm, intermesh is 46 mm. The direction of strand and rope in the metal core is right. After die drawing and striking, the broken tension is better than normal way about 32%, and the quality per hundred meters is higher at 15% , the intensity of wire rope is increased and product life increased 1/3.
