摘要
介绍国内外不锈录井钢丝分类、使用状况以及试制技术指标,对高品质不锈录井钢丝进行评估,并试制Sw960,Sw970两种牌号不锈录井钢丝。根据合金元素含量及其组合匹配,分析提高不锈录井钢丝综合性能,尤其是耐应力腐蚀破断能力水平的方法;从控制固溶处理工艺与拉拔工艺出发,找出钢丝在拉拔过程中防止脆断的途径;探讨碳含量对奥氏体铬镍钼不锈钢录井钢丝腐蚀性能的影响,结果表明,试制的不锈录井钢丝抗拉强度和显微硬度较低,韧性较好;显微组织与进口不锈录井钢丝相似;对腐蚀介质H2S耐应力腐蚀开裂能力与国外产品水平相当。
To introduce the classification, using condition and trial-production technical index of stainless well-logging steel wire in home and abroad. High quality stainless well-logging steel wire at home and abroad is evaluated. Two brands stainless well-logging steel wire Sw960 and Sw970 are trial produced. The method that improving stainless well-logging steel wire integrated properties and resistant stress corrosion rupture ability is analyzed from the point of controlling solution treatment process and wire drawing process. The effect of carbon content on corrosion properties of austenite Ni - Cr - Mo stainless well-logging steel wire is discussed. Results show that tensile strength and micro-hardness of stainless well-logging steel wire by trial production is low, its toughness is good. Microstructure is similar to that of imported stainless well-logging steel wire. The ability of anti-stress corrosion cracking to corrosion medium H2S is equal to that of imported products.
