摘要
介绍了光纤光栅传感器对温度及应变物理量的感应原理、Bragg光栅波长的解调方法,重点介绍了可调法布里—珀罗滤波法解调原理。阐述了高精度光纤光栅解调仪的系统原理、内部结构、关键技术、应用情况及数据分析等。实验数据表明,该高精度光纤光栅解调仪具有很好的测量精度和精度重复性。高精度光纤光栅解调仪适合于大坝和水利工程的安全监测,还适合于电力、交通、石化等行业中关于温度、变形等物理量的监测。
The principles and demodulation methods of the fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensor sensing temperature and strain are introduced,especially the principles of the tuned Fabry-Perot filter.The system principle,structure,key technique,application and data analysis of the FBG demodulator are described.The test results show that the FBG demodulator has the characteristics of high accuracy and good repeatability.The measurements of temperature and strain are the key monitoring items for the engineering safety.The high-accuracy FBG demodulator is suitable for the safety monitoring of dams and hydraulic projects and it can be applied to monitoring of temperature and deformation in the industry of electric power,traffic and oils.
