本文综述了电解水杀菌技术的原理、设备以及影响杀菌效果的各种因素,并对其应用状况作了概括性的介绍。
This paper reviewed the principle and instajlations of electrolyzed water sterilization technology, discussed the factors influencing the effect of sterilization, and gave an account of the application of this technology.
