本文通过对隐形眼镜盒底盖的结构分析，运用Moldflow对最佳浇口位置、流动、填充、冷却、翘曲等进行分析。利用分析结果来检查成型工艺条件是的合理性，进而对模具设计有更好的改进。

This paper uses Moldflow to analyze the best gate position, flowing, rifling, cooling, warp by the structure analysis of the hiding eye box base. We judge the craft condition whether reasonable or not by using the analysis results .The reasonability of forming process should be respected by the analysis results, so the mold ＇s design can be better protected.
