Analysing Fast Degumming Quality of Ramie by Computer Image Analysis

运用计算机影像法，观察分析了经不同条件下碱煮后的苎麻纤维横截面形态和纤维细度，得出影像分析细度值与残胶率相互对应的结论．并探讨了碱煮后纤维之间胶质的去除程度和纤维的分散情况，以及纤维机械性能的变化．

By the methods of computer image analysis,the crosssection and the fibre fineness of ramie fibres after degummed in different conditions are analysed.The result which the fibre fineness of image analysis is corresponding with the residual gum ratio.The discharge of gum from ramie and the dispersion degree of ramie fibres are discussed,the changes of tenacity and elongation of ramie fibres are also tested.
