摘要
让职工共享改革发展成果,实现体面劳动,是工会组织切实履职的责任要求。在实现体面劳动中,工会要从推动职工劳有所得、劳有所保、劳有所乐、劳有所尊四个方面发挥积极作用,让职工在劳动过程中得到尊严和自身价值的体现。
It is the basic task of trade union organizations to enable workers to share the economic development.Work should be rewarding,safeguarding,interesting and respected.And trade union organizations should play an active role in the course of carrying out the respectable labor for employees.
