On Strengthening and Perfecting the Right to Legal Supervision in Public Prosecution

公诉权、法律监督权作为我国检察制度的两项基本职能,是历史形成的,二者相辅相成,共同为维护国家法律统一正确实施发挥着重要作用。当前,在公诉环节强化完善法律监督权,通过诉讼监督的手段充分发挥检察机关法律监督职能,是检察改革落实社会主义法治理念的内在要求。

The right to public prosecution and the right to legal supervision belongs to two basic functions of China＇s procuratorial system, which is the product of the history development. They complement each other, and play an important role in safeguarding consolidation of state laws. Nowadays, in the public prosecution, it is supposed to strengthen the right to legal supervision and fully exert the procuratorial supervision function through litigation, which reflects the internal requirement of reforming the concept of socialist law.
