基于高校心理咨询师胜任力的发展策略研究

Research on Development Strategy of College Counselor's Competency

目前,我国高校心理咨询师队伍建设已取得了不小的进步,但离高校心理健康教育的发展目标和学生的实际心理需求还有相当大的距离,高校心理咨询师的胜任力关系到大学生心理健康教育的质量和水准。通过分析高校心理咨询师胜任力的内涵,探讨其特征模型,对高校心理咨询师胜任力的发展策略做了初步的思考。

At present, the college counselors have made no small progress, but from the mental health education development goals and the actual psychological needs of students there is a considerable distance. College Counselor＇ s competency related to the quality of mental health education and standard.This paper analyzes the college counselor＇s competency content, explores the feature model of college counselor＇s competency to do a preliminary development strategy in China.
