Exploration on a New Working Mechanism of Preventing Job-related Crimes by the Cooperation Between University and Local Procuratorial Organ

通过分析高校职务犯罪的现状和原因,提出高校纪委与地方检查机关联合工作机制是高校新形势下反腐败的迫切需要。北京某高校纪委与检察机关加强联系沟通,共建预防高校职务犯罪的校检联合工作新机制,经过几年的实践,成功地探索出了一条有效遏制和预防职务犯罪的途径。

By analyzing the situation and causes of job-related crimes in universities,the paper indicates that the cooperation between the Commission of Inspecting Discipline in universities and the local Procuratorial Organ is urgently necessary for the universities to combat corruption in the new situation.The Department of Discipline Inspection and Auditory of a university in Beijing has cooperated with the local procuratorial organ,establishing a new working mechanism to prevent job-related crimes in university.We have succeeded in investigating and punishing six cases by way of practice for years and explored an effective way to contain and prevent job-related crimes.
