拮抗菌生物防治农作物病害的研究进展

A Review on Research Progress of the Biological Control of Crop Diseases with Bacteria

农作物重茬后,改变了土壤微生物的种群结构和数量,致使土壤中有益微生物数量逐渐降低,病原菌逐渐积累,导致农作物患病.利用拮抗菌防治农作物病害是一种有效的方法.本文就近年来拮抗微生物在生物防治中的研究进展进行了综述,包括农作物的主要病害及成因、拮抗菌对农作物病害的防治机制以及农作物病害防治的主要拮抗菌.

The population structure and number of the microorganism in the soil changed after continuous planting of crop,followed by the derease in the number of beneficial microorganism and the accumulation of pathogeny,which led to crop disease.The application of antagonistic bacteria was an effective method of disease prevention.The advances of the researches on biological control in crop diseases with beneficial microorganism were reviewed in this paper,including the major crop diseases and its causes,the mechanism of crop disease prevention with antagonistic bacteria and the main antagonistic bacterias applied in crop disease prevention.
