摘要
在大学英语教学中,"目的语文化"导入已成为教学界的共识,但由于片面地灌输西方文化知识,中国传统文化缺失现象严重。在跨文化交际中,中国传统文化输出的"失语"也暴露出我国外语教学中"母语文化"内容的缺失。本文分析了"母语文化"在实现外语教学目标、提高学生跨文化交际能力及弘扬中国传统文化方面所起的重要作用,呼吁在外语教学中不仅要重视目的语文化的导入,还要加强母语文化的传承,以弘扬民族文化,促进国际文化的传播。
The introduction of "target language culture" to foreign language teaching has been a consensus in the teaching field.However,due to one-sidedly instilling the western culture,lack of Chinese traditional culture in Chinese students is common.The phenomenon of traditional Chinese culture "aphasia" in the intercultural communication betrays the absence of "mother tongue culture" in our country's foreign language teaching.By analyzing "mother tongue culture" in foreign language teaching's vital importance in the realization of foreign language teaching goal and in the improvement of students' intercultural communicative competence as well as promoting Chinese traditional culture,the paper advocates to develop a cultural perspective in which the "target language culture" is compatible with our "mother tongue culture" so that foreign language teaching can play an essential role in transmitting both brilliant traditional Chinese culture and excellent foreign cultures.
