图书馆人力资源管理对高校图书馆的发展起着举足轻重的作用,是图书馆事业发展的核心因素。笔者分析了高校图书馆人力资源管理的现状,指出了高校图书馆人力资源管理存在的问题,提出建立高校图书馆人力资源管理的对策。
