摘要
通过对江苏省98家医院调查的数据进行分析,研究临床医学专业本科毕业生就业素质与就业能力的基本构成要素。以南京医科大学2009届临床医学专业本科毕业生为例,探讨当前医学教育如何更有针对性地提高学生的综合就业素质和就业能力。
Accordingtothe dataanalysis within98 hospitals inJiangsuprovince,we studythe basic component parts of the medical bachelor＇s employment quality and employability.Take the graduated students from Nanjing Medical University in 2009 for example,we discuss how to be well-targeted in improving multiple employment quality and employability in current medicine education.
