摘要
在普外科临床见习教学中,比较以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)与传统教学法(LBL)的利弊,将137名临床见习生分为PBL组和LBL组两组教学,出科时两组理论考试成绩差异不明显,而PBL组综合能力考核成绩和平均总成绩均高于LBL组,且PBL教学明显增加了学习的积极性、主动性、兴趣性,分析问题和解决问题的能力也大大提高,值得推广应用。
In clinical teaching of general surgery,137 students were divided into problem based learning(PBL) group and 1ecture based learning(LBL) group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in theory exam results,but ability assessment scores and average total scores of PBL group were higher than LBL group.PBL teaching significantly increased students'motivation,interest and analyzing ability.It is worth spreading in clinical teaching.
