摘要
目的探讨评判性思维教学模式、方法、效果。方法选取重庆医科大学护理系本科160名,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用"见习-问题-讨论"教学模式,应用学期考试成绩和评判性思维能力测量表对教学效果进行评价。结果按"见习-问题-讨论"模式进行胸心外科教学,课程成绩实验组分数高于对照组(P<0.01);在开放思想等7方面实验组得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用"见习-问题-讨论"教学模式有利于护理学生进行评判性思维训练。
Obiject Toexplore teachingmode,methods andeffects basedoncritical thinking.Methods Students in grade 2004,grade 2005 nursing department of Chongqing medical university were chosen as the subjet.The students were devied into experimetal group(80 students) and contrast group(80 students) randomly.Traditional teaching method were used in the contrast group while the experimental group recieved "probation noviciating-questioning-disussing "teaching mode.Results The scores of the "probation noviciating-questioning-discussing"group in cardio-thoracic surgury were significately higher than the contrast group(P0.01);the score were higher in the experimental group than the contrast group in the 7 aspects such as open minded ness,analysis ability,critical thinking,confidence,learning desire and maturity,(P0.05).Conclusion The"probation noviciating-questioning-discussing"teaching mode is useful in treating critical thinking of sutudents in nursing department.
