摘要
分析了当前国内外对国际化护理人才的需求状况,结合我国护理专业学生英语综合能力现状,探讨了如何进行护理专业的英语教学改革,以实现与国际接轨,培养具有较强适应国际、国内竞争力的社会需要的护理人才。
This paper analyzes current requirement of international nursing talents.With the comprehensive abilities that the students have,it probes the problems of how to carry out the reforms in English teaching.The goal is to keep up with the international logos and cultivate the nursing talents in need who can adapt themselves to the competitive situation home and abroad.
