摘要
目的:用Meta分析的方法综合评价人群中5-羟色胺1A受体(5-HT1Areceptor)基因rs6295多态性与自杀行为的关联性。方法:通过计算机检索PubMed、Cochorane、CNKI和万方数据库,搜集有关5-HT1A受体基因rs6295多态性与自杀关联性的全文文献。以病例组和对照组5-HT1A受体基因分布的OR及其95%CI为效应指标,在全面文献回顾的基础上对文献进行筛选、评价和数据提取。应用RevMan5.0软件对各研究原始数据进行统计分析,包括异质性检验、合并效应量以及评估发表偏倚。结果共6篇符合条件的文献被纳入分析,因研究文献中自杀行为包括自杀死亡和自杀未遂,故依据研究内容从6篇纳入文献中提取出7项单独研究进行Meta分析。总体自杀行为基因型Meta分析结果合并OR=1.27,95%CI=0.93~1.74,P>0.05,等位基因Meta分析结果合并OR=1.15,95%CI=0.91~1.45,P>0.05;自杀未遂者基因型Meta分析结果合并OR=1.12,95%CI=0.84~1.49,P>0.05,等位基因Meta分析结果合并OR=1.04,95%CI=0.87~1.24,P>0.05;自杀死亡者基因型Meta分析结果合并OR=1.53,95%CI=1.10~2.14,P<0.01,等位基因Meta分析结果合并OR=1.57,95%CI=0.66~3.71,P>0.05。结论:人群中5-HT1A受体基因rs6295多态性与自杀行为无关联而与自杀死亡的发生有关联。
Objective To evaluate the association of 5-hydroxytryptamine 1Areceptor gene (5-HT1Areceptor gene)rs6295polymorphism and suicide with Meta-analysis.Methods PubMed,Cochorane,CNKI and Wanfang Database were used to search all the relevant case-control trials about the association of 5-HT1Areceptor gene rs6295polymorphism and suicide.Statistical analysis was performed with RevMan5.0including the heterogeneity inspection,effect consoliating and evaluatation on publication bias.Results A total of 6articles were included after the analysis.Because suicide in the literature included suicide attempters and suicide completers,7independent studies were selected.Overall the results of suicide genotype Meta analysis were listed as follows:OR=1.27, 95%CI=0.93-1.74,P0.05,suicide alleles were OR=1.15,95%CI=0.91-1.45,P0.05.The Meta analysis results of suicide attempter genotype were listed as follows:OR=1.12,95%CI=0.84-1.49,P0.05; suicide attempter alleles OR=1.04,95 %CI=0.87-1.24,P0.05.The Meta analysis results of suicide completer genotypes were listed as follows:OR=1.53,95%CI=1.10-2.14,P0.01,suicide completer alleles were OR=1.57,95%CI=0.66-3.71,P0.05.Conclusion The Meta analysis results show that the 5-HT1Areceptor gene rs6295polymorphisms are not associated with suicide attempters but associated with suicide completers.
