摘要
本文对细叶鸢尾(Iristenuifolia)的染色体核型进行了分析。其核型公式为:k(2n)=2x=14=6m+8sm(2SAT),核型为“2A”型,核型不对称系数为61.07%,染色体相对长度组成为2n=14=4M2+10M1,染色体组总长度为32.323μm。
This paper deals with cytological study on Iris tenuifolia.The number of somatic chromosome in rootstips has been found to be 2n=18, the kanyotype formula of I.tenuifolca is k(2n)=14=6m+8sm(2SAT) and belong to 2A of stebbins karyotype symmetry.The species chromosome compsition of relative length is 2n=14=4M2+10M1.The total length of the chromosome is 32.323m.
