摘要研究股权结构对公司治理效率的影响,在中国现阶段所有有关公司治理的问题中,一直是一个热点问题。本文对股权结构在公司治理中的作用及效率方面的研究成果进行了系统回顾,从实证研究的角度提出了基于中国上市公司的未来研究方向的建议。 It has been a hot issue to study the influence of ownership structure on corporation governance efficiency in China.And in the paper,it gives a systematic review on the researches of the function and efficiency of the ownership structure in the management of a company.In the aspect of empirical study,it provides suggestions based on the future works of the trading companies in China.
