A Study of the Distinctive Talent Training Model of Law Education in Local Higher Institutions

我国地方高校法学教育应当选择特色人才培养模式。将地方高校法学教育定位于特色人才培养模式符合我国经济社会发展的客观要求。探索地方高校法学教育特色人才培养模式,必须从准确定位法学特色专业、明确法学特色专业培养目标、创新法学人才培养模式、优化师资队伍与整合教学资源、改革与创新教学管理制度等方面着手建设。

The law education in local higher institutions in China should be oriented to distinctive talent training model,for it is in line with the objective demands of the social and economic development of our country.To explore the distinctive talent training model,we must establish distinctive law specialty,clarify the training objectives,explore the training model,optimize the teacher groups,integrate the teaching resources and reform the teaching management system.
