简要回顾了２０世纪中国造纸工业的发展和困难，潜力和前景。对２１世纪中国造纸工业提出了五点期望。
A brief review is given to the development and difficulties, potentials and prospects of China's paper industry in the 20th century. Five expectations are put forward to China's paper industry in the 21st century,among which the greatest ones are to change the raw material structure and to reform the present backbone enterprises.
