摘要
目的分析放射性脊髓空洞症发生机制及误诊原因。方法对放射性脊髓空洞症误诊病例进行分析,重点描述临床特征及MR影像学变化。结果放射性脊髓空洞症患者具有明确的放射治疗史;出现节段型分离性感觉障碍;MR见空洞位于放疗照射野内,脊髓中央扩张,T1W和T2W图像信号与脑脊液一致,并可见射野内椎体由红骨髓变为黄骨髓的明显分界线。结论初步确立放射性脊髓空洞症诊断方法,减少误诊率,提高诊断水平。
Objective To analyse the formation mechanism and manifestation reasons of the radiation syringomyelia.Methods To analyse the manifestation cases of radiation syringomyelia and focus on clinical features and MR image changes.Result The patients with Radiation Syringomyelia had specific radiotherapy history and segmental divided sensory disturbance.In MR images,the cavity were located in radiotherzpy field,spinal cord expanded in center,signal intensities similar to cerebrospinal fluid on T1-weighted images and T2-weighted images,the obvious boundary that yellow marrow becomed red marrow could be found.Conclusion We establish the diagnostic approaches of radiation syringomyelia preliminarily that can decrease the misdiagnosis rate and improve diagnostic efficacy.
