摘要
为增强学员传递坏消息的能力。选取五个标准化病人情景案例演练"传递坏消息",并以授课前后问卷评估授课效果。问卷显示,79.6%的学员认为课程有趣,85.7%认为有帮助。授课前后问卷对比显示,对"传递"有策略的比例从50%升至89.6%;对"传递"有信心的比例从31.3%升至73%。由此可见,利用标准化病人进行传递坏消息授课,能显著提升学员的策略和信心。
To enhance the ability of delivering bad news for medical student, the course was provided by presenting five standardized patient scenarios practicing bad news delivery. Pre-and post-course questionnaires were administered to deter- mine the effect. The questionnaire showed that 79.6% of the students found the course enjoyable, and 85. 7% of them found it useful. The matched comparing of pre and post-course questionnaires showed that the proportion of students who had a strategy for delivering had risen from 500/00 to 89.6%, and the proportion of students who had confidence in delivery had risen from 31.3% to 73%. A course on bad news delivery with standardized patients can improve students' confidence and strategy for delivering.
