摘要
道德自律是医学院校以德育医的不懈的教育追求,是满足医学生道德需要、破解以德育医困境和实现德育达成自教自律目标,以从培养源头上解决医德失范问题的根本实现方式。医学院校在医学生内心深处埋下道德自律机制的养成基础的基本着力点有三:以学以养德为培育重心、以真修实证为践行途径、涵养医学生的道德批判力。
Moral self--discipline is the unremitting educational pursuit of medical schools for cultivating doctors through moral education. It is the fundamental way to meet the moral demands of medical students, solve the dilemma of cultiva ting doctors through moral education, realize the goal of self--education and self--discipline through moral education, and in turn to solve the problem of uncontrolled medical morals from the very source. There are three factors medical schools shall focus on to lay down the foundation of moral self--discipline mechanism in the innermost of medical students' hearts, namely, stressing moral education in study, combining theories with conscientious practice and cultivating medical students' moral critical ability.
