补肾中药对关节软骨的保护作用机制研究进展

Advance In The Research On the Mechanism of Tonifying Kidney Herbs that Protect the Articular Cartilage

补肾中药治疗骨关节炎主要通过减轻损伤、延缓退变及促进软骨分化和修复两方面起作用,其机制包括(1)抑制促分解细胞因子的表达;(2)阻止自由基的生成,抑制NOS的活性,减少NO的生成;(3)对关节软骨细胞凋亡的调控;(4)对关节软骨细胞增殖的作用;(5)对关节软骨基质的作用;(6)提高促合成性细胞因子的表达等方面。

Tonifying Kidney Herbs treat of osteoarthritis,mainly by reducing the protection of cartilage damage,delay cartilage degeneration and to promote both differentiation and repair work,the mechanism includes（1） inhibit the expression of cytokines which promoting decomposition;（2） prevent free radicals formation,inhibit the activity of NOS,reducing NO formation;（3） the regulation of apoptosis of articular cartilage;（4） on articular cartilage cell proliferation;（5） the role of the matrix of articular cartilage;（6） increase anabolic cytokine expression,etc.
