保谓康胶囊治疗胃动力障碍临床观察

The Clinical Study of the Effect of Bao Weikang Capsule to Treat Stomach Power Barrier Patients

目的:保谓康胶囊对胃动力障碍患者进行临床观察,以治疗胃动力障碍患者寻找新的途径和思路。方法:根据病例纳入选择80例胃动力障碍患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗3周后经胃动力检测仪方法,进行统计学分析。结果:经保谓康胶囊治疗后,治疗组与对照组相比,胃动力障碍的患者明显改善,胃动力增加,有效率达95%,两组比较差异有显意义(P<0.05)。结论:保谓康胶囊有兴奋运动节律,增强胃窦动力的作用,能使胃电幅值频率明显增强,有良好的促进胃动力作用,是一种有开发前进的促胃动力的纯中药制剂,有一定的临床价值及良好的应用前景。

Objective：We treats 80 stomach power barrier patients with Bao Weikang Capsule to carry on the clinical observation and seek for the new treatment method.Methods：According to the case integration standard,we chose 80 cases and divided them into the treatment group and the control group stochastically.After 3-week-long treatment,we used the stomach power instrumentation method,and carried on statistics analysis.Results：After the treatment course had ended,the stomach power barrier＇s patients of the treatment group improved obviously than the control group,the effectiveness reached 95%,and two groups of comparisons had the statistics significance.Conclusion： Bao Weikang Capsule can have the movement rhythm be excited,strengthen the stomach power,and cause the stomach electricity peak-to-peak value frequency obvious enhancement.It has the good promotion to stomach dynamic action.It is pure Chinese traditional medicine preparation which has certain clinical value,development prospect and good application prospect.
