中西医结合治疗慢性重型肝炎疗效观察

Clinical Study of Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine with Chronic Severe Hepatitis

目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗慢性重型肝炎的疗效。方法:将61例慢性乙型重型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予西医保肝、退黄、抗病毒、免疫调节、营养支持等治疗,治疗组同时口服清热祛湿、解毒活血中药。观察和对比两组治疗前后的临床症候、体征及血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)等变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,治疗组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗后ALT、TBIL、CHE与PTA均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05);且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合是治疗慢性重型肝炎的有效方法。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of combine traditional chinese and western medicine method on treatment of chronic severe hepatitis.Methods：61 cases of chronic severe hepatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given protect liver,remove jaundice,antivirus,immune adjustment and orthers therapy,the treatment group were given reducing fever,clearing damp,detoxification and invigorate the circulation of blood.Observed the changes of patients＇ symptoms and the alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,total bilirubin（TBIL）,cholinesterase（CHE）,prothrombin activity（PTA） before and after treatment.Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 87.1%;the total efficiency of the control group was 63.3%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Two groups＇ALT、TBIL、CHE and PTA were higher than before treatment（P0.01 or P0.05）.The treatment group improved more significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion： Combine traditional chinese and western medicine is an effective method on treatment of chronic severe hepatitis.
