基层医院产后出血高危因素分析

Analysis on the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in primary hospital

目的:探讨基层医院产后出血的高危因素,提出预防产后出血和降低产后出血量的方法。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月～2008年12月我院148例产后出血患者的临床资料。结果:分娩方式和产妇年龄是引起产后出血的高危因素,剖宫产产后出血量大于阴道分娩出血量(P<0.05),产妇年龄与产后出血相关(r=0.365,P<0.05)。结论:降低剖宫产率和选择适宜时机的剖宫产可有效预防和减少产后出血量,选择最佳生育年龄能减少产后出血量。

Objective： To investigate the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage and to explore the better methods of prevention and treatment in primary hospital.Methods： Clinical data of 148 patients with postpartum hemorrhage hospitalized from January 2007 to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results： Mode of delivery and maternal age were risk factors that led to postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of bleeding in caesarean was more than that in vaginal delivery（P〈0.05）.There was a correlation of the age and the postpartum hemorrhage（r=0.365,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Reducing the rate of cesarean section and choice of appropriate timing of caesarean section can effectively prevent and reduce postpartum hemorrhage,to choose the best suitable reproductive age can also reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.
