经阴道彩超引导穿刺治疗盆腔囊性肿物的价值

Value of pelvic cystic mass treated by transvaginal ultrasonography-guided puncture

目的:分析经阴道彩超引导下穿刺治疗盆腔囊性肿物的价值。方法:对55例盆腔囊性肿物患者在阴道彩超引导下进行穿刺抽液、冲洗、注药保留治疗,与47例采取手术切除的住院患者进行对照分析。结果:经阴道彩超引导下穿刺盆腔囊性肿物成功率为100%,治愈率及复发率与手术对照组相比,无明显差异(P>0.05);但手术时间、术中出血量、平均所需费用以及患者接受程度存在明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:经阴道彩超引导下穿刺治疗盆腔囊性肿物,具有定位准确、创伤小、操作简便、费用低廉、可重复穿刺等优点,是一种值得广泛推广的医疗操作技术及治疗方法。

Objective： To analyze the clinical value of pelvic cyst mass treated by transvaginal ultrasonography-guided puncture.Methods： The pelvic cysts of mass 55 patients were punctured,pulled the fluid,douched and injected drug,compared with 41 inpatients with pelvic cysts mass surgical excision.Results： The success rate of pelvic cyst mass treated by transvaginal ultrasonography-guided puncture was 100%.Cure rate and recurernce rate had no statistical difference between puncture treatment group and surgery control group（P〈0.05）;the difference at operation time,blood loss,average expenditure and acceptability to patients had obviously statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The pelvic cyst mass treated by transvaginal ultrasonography-guided puncture has the advantages of accurate positioning,smaller injury,simpler operation,low cost and reusable,etc.The method can be widely used in practice.
