摘要
临终关怀和姑息护理的根本目的是提升病人和家属的生命质量;其供给方均是以护理人员为核心的开放性团体;需求方是生命正在受到疾病威胁的个人及其家属;主要的医学手段都是姑息措施;所解决的问题都包括生理、心理、精神的问题。临终关怀和姑息护理作为姑息医学的组成部分,在实践中融合发展,可进一步满足病人及家属的要求。
The basic purpose of palliative nursing and hospice nursing is to promote life quality of patients and their family members. Suppliers are open group with nursing staff as the core. Acquirers are individuals whose life is under the threatening of illness and their family members. Major medical methods are all palliative measures. It can solve problems including physiological, psychological and spiritual problems. As the component of palliative medicine, hospice care and palliative nursing are in fusion and development in practice. It can meet the needs of patients and their family members a step further.
